 The i-mate Ultimate 5150 is a new pocket PC device with a sliding number pad, from i-mate. The i-mate Ultimate 5150 is part of the new Ultimate series introduced by i-mate. The Ultimate family consists of a collection of five devices in various form factors to suit individual preferences, from classic bar to PDA to a notebook replacement and was designed to provide the latest and best in phone and PDA technology. From the 530MHz processor, to the XGA direct video out, from HSDPA connectivity to the 262k color VGA LCD touch screen, every component of each device is specified at a very high level. The Ultimate 5150 works in Windows Mobile 6.0 and carry an Intel Bulverde processor at 520 MHz. The specifications of i-mate Ultimate 5150 include Quad-Band GSM / EDGE connectivity and Tri-Band UMTS/HSDPA. The memory of the device is 256 MB ROM and 128 MB RAM and the expansion slot is a MicroSD. PDA supports for bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi. The display is a 2.8 inch touch screen , VGA with 262K colors.
